Salary: MPS - UPS: £31,650 - £49,084 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 1.0 FTE, 39 weeks per year.

This is a great opportunity to join our highly skilled and dedicated St Martin's team. We are looking to appoint another brilliant teacher to join our team in Early Years or KS1 from September. We are seeking someone who, among other things, is motivated, creative and passionate about learning.

You will:

  • Have experience of teaching in EYFS/KS1, including successfully meeting a diverse range of needs and the flexibility to choose from your 'toolkit' to support children at all levels;
  • Be able to enthuse, challenge and ensure success for every child in your class;
  • Set and maintain high standards for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour, in line with our ethos;
  • Be passionate about enabling every child to grow spiritually, morally, emotionally, physically and intellectually and be committed to offering children a broad and exciting range of learning opportunities;
  • Be motivated, organised and a great team player;
  • Contribute to the Christian ethos and the wider life of our school and Cranbrook community.
