The Vacancy
Salary: NJC Grade C - £24,790 - £25,584 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
This is a great opportunity to join our highly skilled and dedicated team. We are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant to initially work within lower Key Stage Two, who is passionate about learning and understands the importance that relationships play in creating a safe, secure and inspirational learning environment, where children can thrive both academically and socially.
You will:
Have experience of working with children or demonstrate an eagerness to learn the necessary skills
Be able to build effective relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Be able to enthuse, challenge and champion children to be the best they can be
Be passionate about enabling every child to grow spiritually, morally, emotionally, physically and intellectually
